Thank you for purchasing your new plants from Springhouse Gardens. We strive to provide the healthiest and highest quality plants available and are confident in offering you the following guarantee:

Every tree and shrub PURCHASED AT FULL PRICE is backed by our One Year Confidence Guarantee. If any tree or shrub fails to survive, simply return the plant with your DATED RECEIPT and receive a replacement of the same variety and size at no extra charge.

EXPLANATION OF OUR GUARANTEE

• Our trees and shrubs are fully guaranteed provided that they are planted and maintained according to our instructions, which can be requested at time of purchase.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Springhouse Gardens within a reasonable time after noticing any problems. Allowing plants to die or reach an advanced state of decline before notification voids this guarantee.
• If a replacement of the same variety or size is not available, we will issue a store credit equal to the amount of your purchase. We're sorry, but we do not give cash refunds. Plants purchased with the U.K. Arboretum discount or with discounts of up to 25% are guaranteed up to the purchase price.
• Plants purchased with discounts of 30% or more are NOT guaranteed.
• We limit our liability to the price paid for the plant. Replacement plants are NOT guaranteed.

OUR GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER:

• Neglect or mistreatment, including, but not limited to, improper watering.
• Drought, extreme cold, severe fluctuations in temperature or other acts of God.
• Mechanical injury; insect damage or diseases; theft or vandalism; and other things beyond our control.
• Over or under watering from automatic sprinkler systems.
• Poor soil drainage, when not part of a bed prepared by our crew.
• Perennials, ornamental grasses, groundcovers, sod, roses, garden mums, annuals, bulbs, plants planted in pots or containers, plants under overhangs or awnings, or plants left in their original containers.
